Farewell, Funky Little Back Tooth

You will certainly NOT be missed~

As mentioned in my last journal concerning my trip to the dentist, I had arrived there bright and early. Good thing too, because there were already about five or six people ahead of me waiting outside the clinic for them to open up the place. Therefore I was able to get a seat inside the air-conditioned waiting room as opposed to sitting outside.

When my turn came, I am glad to say that the extraction went without a hitch. I didn't feel very much at all, and I got to take a look at the culprit tooth that had been giving me so much trouble. It doesn't look anything like a molar or wisdom tooth AT ALL. It was shaped more line a canine tooth, with an extra piece branching off of it. And it looked as though half of it had broken away due to the GREAT BIG HONKING CAVITY that was inside of it. _{I asked the dentist if I could keep it because I'm a weirdo like that don't judge meeeeeeeeee}

So, aside from some residual numbness due to the stuff they injected into me to deaden the pain, I'm feeling pretty darned good right now. I'll be able to go back to work tomorrow morning, though I'll have to be careful about what I eat and stick to soft foods for a couple of days.

Aaaaah, it's good to be rid of that bad tooth! No more waking up at 2-3 am with toothache! WOO-HOO!!
